This film has a lot of action from the very start and only slows down for a few minutes throughout. In terms of the mission being impossible, that is definitely the case. Cruise and team must break into the Kremlin and then are led on a chase to several different countries in their efforts to stop a nuclear war. Cruise is definitely getting older and seems to take on a bit of a new role in this one that I suspect will be what he becomes more of in future films.

I saw this film in the IMAX and it was incredible. Some of the shots were stunning and I found myself having to close my mouth that was wide open. Particularly impressive is the scene at the Burj Khalifa (the hotel where Ethan climbs out on the glass as seen in the trailers). Some of the shots were breathtaking, having been shot with IMAX cameras. The action in the film was quite good as well, but the final 10 minutes are a bit of a letdown compared to the rest of the movie. All in all though, an excellent entry in the series.

My Conclusion:
See this movie at the IMAX.
