Yeah, this movie somehow managed to be even worse than the last one. I really have nothing to recommend about this. The action is filmed badly, you can hardly tell what’s going on also I don’t know what they were thinking with the random speed ups. It took me completely out of the movie. The story and the villain are awful. The villain is probably the worst in the entire franchise. He has a giant ice fortress and his plan is to use a giant satellite that’s going to laser the earth and melt the polar ice caps. This is a children’s cartoon villain for crying out loud. Look, if this movie didn’t take itself so seriously, if it had more humor, if it was a Roger Moore era movie then I would have liked this. The only good thing is that it’s well acted at times.
