Another piece of art. This movie is kind of uneventful compared to the last one, but just as good. I’m a sucker for character study movies and this movie is definitely of the best when it comes to that. You get a very thrilling origin story for Don Vito Corleone growing up in Sicily and 1910s and 1920’s New York played marvellously by Robert De Niro. But this movie is front and center Al Pacino’s Michael Corleone who is now the Don of the Corleone family and is trying to expand the family business to Las Vegas, Cuba & Hollywood. That business being gambling. All while having relationship problems with Diane Keaton’s Kay Adams. This movie also has a surprise reveal. If you watched the movie you already know what I’m talking about. But if you haven’t seen the movie, I’m not about to spoil it. Is there any doubt of what great I’m giving this movie at this point? 10/10* of course!
