Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007) Movie Review

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007) Movie Review - Quick Movie Reviews by Haris

This is one of my favorite Harry Potter movies. Mostly because this story is focused on Harry’s and Sirius’ relationship. They’re almost like father and son in this movie and it’s fleshed out really well. You really care for them in this movie. This movie is the reason Sirius is my favorite character besides Harry in the whole series. Gary Oldman and Daniel Radcliffe are fantastic in this movie. I can’t praise them enough in this movie. Both of them. So, in this movie nobody believes Harry that Voldemort has returned. Only a couple of students, Sirius and Dumbledore. The ministry had decided to step in by appointing a new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher, Professor Dolores Umbridge, who proves to be the nastiest person Harry has ever encountered. To top it off are dreams that Harry can’t explain, and a mystery behind something for which Voldemort is searching. With these many things, Harry begins one of his toughest years at Hogwarts. This is a really good movie in general. Not just as a Harry Potter movie.

I’m giving it a 9/10*. Won’t give it a 10/10* simply because of Umbridge.
