This film starts out a bit dull and I was ready to nod off, but it definitely picks up after about 30 minutes. Just as Madam Simza Heron (Noomi Rapace) is introduced, things begin to fly along at a fast pace and only slow down at a few places to catch us up on the story.

The relationship (err...partnership) between Sherlock and Watson is quite funny here and both actors playing the two roles do such an excellent job of portraying the relationship between the two. I found myself laughing extremely hard at several points when Sherlock finds himself with Watson...

Not quite sure on Noomi Rapace in the film. Main issue was just with her character and not with her. She did an excellent job and her English is quite good considering she didn't know any English really after finishing the Swedish version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series.

Overall, this one definitely carries the story of Holmes along well and isn't disappointing in terms of the series. I suspect more to come if Downey is willing to come back.

My Conclusion:
If you liked the first one, you'll enjoy this one. If you have time, go check it out in the theater.
