The only actually good Pirates of the Caribbean movie. I’m not saying the other ones aren’t watchable, but, they’re not really something to rewatch. This, on the other hand, is a truly fun adventure movie that I don’t mind watching every once in a while.
This interesting tale follows the quest of eccentric pirate captain Jack Sparrow, and a resourceful blacksmith named Will Turner as they search for Elizabeth Swann. She is the daughter of the governor and the love of Will’s life and she has been kidnapped by the menacing Captain Barbossa. Barbossa and his crew have been cursed for eternity to neither live, nor die. That is, unless a blood sacrifice is made.
So, yeah, like I said, this is a very rewatchable movie. This is another movie that’s really hard to grade. I guess an overall rating of 8/10* would be fair enough.
